Build your skills with a qualified instructor on actual roads using real-time helmet communication.
Traffic skills are never truly mastered by most riders. The majority of multi-vehicle motorcycle crashes occur when vehicles violate the rider’s right-of-way. This 3-hour on-road course teaches what hazards to look for in traffic and motorcycle positioning to decrease risk. Class sizes are small, with a max of four (4) student riders.
- Motorcycle must have current registration, inspection and insurance and be in excellent condition (especially tires and brakes)
- Participant must be over 18 and licensed (minors and permit holders may enroll, but must contact Jon first before registering)
- Gear requirements: Full-face (or modular) DOT helmet, sturdy riding jacket and pants, gloves and full boots.
- Arrive with full tank of fuel. A drink and snack might come in handy, too.
